Want to learn how to handle power tools safely? Learn the safe handling of power tools while building a bird nesting box.

You will receive training on the safe usage of the following tools: band saw, mitre saw, drill press, drill, and belt and disc sander. You will have ample time to try out each tool and end up making a bird nesting box.

This is also a required course for anyone who wants to use the above tools in our WorkSpace.

If you’re under 18 years, you must be accompanied by an adult. Contact us beforehand via email to aquire approval.

Every workshop attendee gets one free day access pass to our WorkSpace. Pass needs to be used within one month of this workshop.

Please dress appropriately for working in a woodshop: closed-toe shoes, hair tied in the back, and no loose clothing. It’s important to be on time for this workshop as this is a safety course and all information is important. Late arrivals may not be able to join.
