This course is for anyone who wants to use the following tools in our WorkSpace: router, planer, jointer, and table saw.

You will receive training on the safe handling of these tools and also learn how to set them up for your own usage and work project. The instructor will give detailed explanations of how to safely use the jointer, planer, table saw, and router table. Participants will use their newfound knowledge to cut pieces on the table saw.

You can still take this course if you’re under 18 years of age, just contact us, so we can send you the proper waiver beforehand.

Every workshop attendee gets a free day pass to our WorkSpace (value $20). Pass needs to be used within one month of this workshop.

Please dress appropriately for working in a woodshop: closed-toe shoes, hair tied in the back, and no loose clothing.

For more information on our WorkSpace and when you can use it to work on your projects, check out our webpage.

Note:

Workshops are transferable to another person and only refundable if we have people on the waiting list. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.
