Learn some woodworking skills in a safe environment all while making a custom-made sign.

In this fun workshop, you will get to create a rustic sign and add some vinyl to it. We will use the miter saw to create the sign but we’ll also show you the “no power tools” needed alternative!

Tools used: Miter saw, brad nailer, and drill.

Once your sign is put together, you will get to apply a vinyl decal of your choice. This makes a great gift for you or your favourite person!

Instructor:

Stéphanie (she/her/elle) started to be really serious about woodworking during the pandemic, building small things in her garage. Being limited on space and not having access to the big power tools, she has developed skills doing charcuterie and cutting boards, bandsaw boxes, frames, some epoxy work and even kumiko woodworking. She is now merging this new passion for woodworking with her career skills of training delivery and facilitation of events. Stéphanie’s objective is to make woodworking accessible to everyone, no matter what your skill level or knowledge is. She promises a fun and judgment free class that will allow you to ask any question and go at your own pace.

Note:

Workshops are transferable to another person and only refundable if we have people on the waiting list. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.
