Looking to update the fit of your clothes to better express who you are? Want to DIY a fun look for Pride week?
Join us for an evening of sewing, skill sharing, and conversation for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks of all shapes and sizes. We’ll talk gender and body affirming alterations, self-expression, queer and gender non-conforming sewing resources, and more!
Bring a garment (or two) you want to alter or embellish; we’ll have sewing machines, advice, and supplies on hand to help you make it happen!
This workshop is open to people with all levels of sewing experience. Participants are welcome to bring their own sewing machine if they have one.
Note:
All course participants need to be fully vaccinated and show proof at the beginning of the workshop.
Mask wearing is recommended during workshops.
Workshops are transferable to another person, but non-refundable. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.
