Like most things, knife sharpening just takes some guidance, time, and practice. In our two-hour class, you will learn to hand sharpen your knives on whetstones. We will provide all materials needed and you just need to bring 2-3 kitchen knives for practice.
This workshop is limited to 6 people so there is ample time for feedback and practice.
All course participants need to be fully vaccinated and show proof at the beginning of the workshop.
We operate with health and safety guidelines in place: mask wearing is mandatory in our space.
