A sharp knife is one of the small joys of life. Thankfully, hand sharpening knives is not a complicated skill.
Like most things, knife sharpening just takes some guidance, time, and practice. In our two-hour class, you will learn to hand sharpen your knives on whetstones. We will provide all materials needed for sharpening but please bring ONE double-bevelled kitchen knife for practice.
This workshop is limited to four people so there is ample time for feedback and practice.

Workshops are transferable to another person and only refundable if we have people on the waiting list. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.
